Prada, a corner stone of Italian luxury was founded in 1913 by Mario and Martino Prada as a small leather goods company. Slowly garnering attention throughout the 19th century, a crucial pivot point struck in 1978 when the helm of Prada was passed to Miuccia Prada. Through a natural ability to blend contemporary art and fashion, Miuccia Prada transcended what was once a small Milan boutique into a $5 billion empire, also attaining Miu Miu as a sister label in 1993.

Year after year Miuccia Prada has pushed the limits of design to stem an array of collaboration between modern artists and an expertise in technical ability. Recently co-producing the Spring 2022 collection with infamous designer Raf Simons, Prada has revolutionized the precedent of both men and women's fashion.
