00s Tornado Mart ‘Scythe’ Embroidered Flare Cut Whiskered Denim

In 1992, Tornado Mart was established under direction of parent company Spic International. Debuting slim fitting silhouettes among eccentric full print patterns, Tornado Mart would begin opening physical retail locations across Japan. Quickly amassing 46 brick and mortar shops, a feminine sub-genre known as ‘Tornado Mart Femme’ would be inaugurated under the brand’s umbrella in the year 2000. With a highly unique design philosophy, expert tailoring, and incredibly limited releases, Tornado Mart would become a paramount in Eastern culture.

 

Debuting in the early 2000s era, this pair of denim features an embroidered ‘Scythe’ emblem on the outer leg. Whiskering coats the upper thighs, in pair with darting and flora accenting between two seams as well. Finalized with a gorgeous indigo wash and 11 inch flared cut, these bottoms fit a size 33x31, in pristine condition throughout.
