Of these hints, came the unique, torso-hooded trench coats that mimicked celebrities natural response to hiding one’s face. Extending the jacket’s back panel to create a button clasped hood, they’d explore a new frame in their anonymous trope, this time using internal responses to demonstrate the premise, as opposed to external factors like paint and masks. In addition, the Maison released a series of interesting accessories like inverted wig handbags and voodoo doll belt accessories, making Fall 2005 one of the label’s most esteemed.
