AW15 Neighborhood x Burton ‘Landscape’ Gradient Flannel Jacket

Neighborhood’s Autumn 2015 collaboration with Burton is a criminally underrated project. Pulling from Burton’s rich catalog of outdoor wear, Neighborhood founder Shinsuke Takizawa would remaster various flannel silhouettes and print tonal, wildlife graphics along each bottom hem. Encircling the waist, the longsleeves would each differ in colour palette and graphic, making select textiles and depictions increasingly lucrative as a result of their laborious design work. In all, the pieces under each avenue of construction released in excruciatingly low quantities, making them a genuine treat to find for sale.

 

Debuting in the fall of 2015, this gorgeous flannel jacket dawns one of the most prestigious illustrations of the entire collection. In a contrasting tonal brown colour way, two deer prance in the foreground of the depiction, standing just before a hunter and flying birds. Encompassed by shrubs, wood and snow, the mountainous range spans from hem to hem, leaching atop the underside as well. Finalized with Neighborhood signature branding on the chest, a dagger collar completes this item, tagged as a size medium in pristine condition throughout.
