AW21 Aries x Lee ‘Roman Faces’ Blue Wash Full Print Denim Jacket

Founded in 2012 by Sofia Pantera, Aries bridges the gap between luxury and late 19th century streetwear. The London based label swiftly rose to infamy with a focus on graphic design and textile literacy, investigating hip-hop and skate culture’s rebellious style. Deviating from the traditional fashion schedule, Pantera opts to release in sporadic, limited quantities, ensuring A grade execution through youthful eyes. Recently partnering with industry giants like Stüssy and New Balance, Aries continues to redefine ‘streetwear’ in an affluent light.

 

Debuting in May of 2021, this jacket exemplifies Aries’ progressive outlook on street style. Drawing inspiration from Jean Paul Gaultier’s Spring 1996 collection ‘faces’, Pantera breathes life into age-old renaissance depictions atop a trucker silhouette. Using the jacket’s light blue wash as a base, white printing is inverted to create a collage of chiseled sculptures and hidden branding. Complete with gold hardware and symmetric paneling, in great condition throughout, tagged as a size medium.
