Saint Michael stands as a collaborative effort between Readymade founder Yuta Hosokawan and Cali Dewitt. Founded in 2020, the label compromises streetwear essentials with distressed vintage, shaping a nostalgic theme in light of luxury craft. While rather secretive, each garment is processed by hand, making for a sense of personality in every stitch and cut. Through bootleg graphics and playful, child-like scripture, Saint Michael defines an innovative niche in the realm of design.
Debuting in the Fall of 2022, this sweater comes in a distressed black wool textile. With a knitted rib cage motif on front and shoulder blades on the back, ‘Saint’ lettering sits just beneath. Contrast white knitting coats either hem, complete with bone detailing on the arms, and a thrashed bottom hem. In pristine condition throughout, tagged as a size large.
