90’s Issey Miyake Asymmetric Banana Cut Nylon Bacteria Pants

Since founding in 1971, Issey Miyake has retained an acute understanding of movement and experiment through all avenues of design. A pioneer of the Parisian fashion circuit, Miyake paved the way for fellow Japanese avant-gardists in the eyes of couture, establishing himself both on and off the runway prior to other’s induction. Exemplary of Issey Miyake’s disdain for normality, these nylon bottoms feature a banana cut and asymmetric hardware detailing. Running from the bottom hem to thigh, a two way zipper flares the pant’s lower half, bellowing outwards with a harmonious stack when worn. A green acidic wash contrasts the deep blue base, leaching like bacteria atop reinforced hems and panelling. In great condition throughout, fitting a size 29x27.
