  • Alessandro Mendini was an Italian designer categorized as an architect, theorist and poet. Over the course of 87 years, he would spearhead the Radical Design movement, while simultaneously editing for Casabella magazine. Establishing his own publication in ‘79, Mendini would continue to peruse his roots in architecture, designing world-class buildings and renown furniture staples. Through often ironic and playful tropes, the creative would shape our perceptions of function, medium and palette, retaining utmost supremacy among post-modernists alike. In this innovative era, Alessandro Mendini’s work is widely celebrated despite such illusive qualities.

Together with the Italian artist for Supreme’s 2016 collection, a series of items were released featuring a commissioned sketch by Mendini himself. In hues of yellow, blue, purple and red, an array of 3D pistols encompass a navy blue base, mirroring eachother on either sleeve, collar and the underside. Complete with welt pockets and a metallic zipper, this jacket is tagged as a size extra-large in great condition throughout.
