SS16 Vêtements ‘BIC Lighter’ Etched Silver Cut Out Ring

Demna Gvasalia’s Spring 2016 collection at the Vêtements label came as the Georgian designer’s fourth runway project. Bringing a series of grail-worthy pieces like the Titanic hoodies and a spin on Star Wars graphics, this season the creatives would collaborate with Champion, while simultaneously unveiling a series of chaotic fittings. Through leather biker jackets, abstract visual design and long, draping silhouettes, we’d see a colour palette that ranged from neons to monochromatic fittings, aprons and silk dresses. While exotic, Gvasalia would maintain a feeling of congruency across 42 looks, making for a unique yet cementing collection.

 

Debuting in the Spring of 2016, this gorgeous accessory doubles as both a lighter holder and a ring. Concealing a mini BIC just atop the wearer’s finger, Vêtements branding sits etched on the interior to finish. In great condition, fitting a size 9.
