SS20 Saint Laurent Paris Glitter Thread Single Breast Blazer

Anthony Vaccarello’s second collection at the Saint Laurent maison brought 70’s glam, Yves Saint Laurent heritage, and reimagined Marrakakech culture (a Western town located in Morroco). Despite a lack in previous menswear expertise, Vaccarello’s runway yearned for classic tailoring and flamboyant, so-Cal mediums. The designer trekked in past footings, pursuing a thought of classic tailoring in opposition to the glitter filled runway. In full, the show pulled from the likes of Southern style in a concise, elegant manner, using denim and tasseled motif to reinvent the past.

Walking in look 57 atop the deeply rustic LA runway, this silver weave blazer epitomizes the vision for Anthony Vaccarello spring 2020 collection.
